PUC Commerce
Pre University Program is of two years duration and the curriculum is taught on yearly basis. The program is a bridge between school and the college and as such it assumes paramount importance as a transition enabler. Self driven learning, knowledge in basics of various subjects, acquiring skills of analysis problem solving, model making, presentations etc, are ingrained in students and prepare them to effectively face the challenging tests such as Common Entrance test for professional courses. The program of study gives them the right direction to their academic choices in future, apart from building them as responsible human beings.
The Programme
Duration: 2 Years
Eligibility : Admission to First Year Pre-University Programme is open to candidates who secure a pass in 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized institution either in Karnataka or in other States of India / other countries. Candidates seeking admission from outside of Karnataka should submit Migration Certificate issued from a competent authority. Foreign nationals have to obtain a temporary eligibility certificate from the department of Pre-University Education, before taking the admission to PU Programme.
